Midwife – we have a midwife at the surgery every Thursday morning. If you need to get in touch with a midwife outside of these hours, you can call the midwife clinic on 01603 218136.
Smokefree Norfolk – every Wednesday we have an advisor from Smokefree Norfolk on site to see patients who have been referred or self referred for help to give up smoking. Our advisor will give patients advice and support along with being able to prescribe aids to help. If you would like help in quitting smoking please speak to a receptionist who would be happy to refer you. You can also call 0800 0854 113, text ‘bfree’ and your name to 65000 or visit the Smokefree website at www.nhs.uk/smokefree.
Norfolk Recovery Partnership – our NRP worker is at the surgery every Tuesday. Norfolk Recovery Partnership provides advice and treatment for adults with drug and alcohol problems.
Diabetic nurse specialist – Debbie Holland is our diabetic nurse specialist. She visits the practice monthly and will oversee the care of patients with type 1 diabetes or who have unstable diabetic control. All other diabetic care is offered by our practice nurse.
